Paula Paula PaulaPaula Patton was born in Los Angeles, California to a middle class family. While a young girl, she had big dreams. Her most recognizable roles are the horror film Precious as well as Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. When she was a child her mother raised her in an Los Angeles middle-class household. Her parents were a loving mother who loved to watch movies. Paula participated in co-curricular school activities, and she was especially interested in drama. Paula loved playing the role of an actor alongside her peers and was a participant in stage performances at her school. After performing in a variety of high school plays at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and deciding to make acting her profession. She was in at the prestigious University of Southern California's Summer program and benefited from it immensely. She was assigned a 3 month assignment to make documentary films for PBS. When she was able to complete the assignment successfully and completing the project, she was hired as a support assistant in television documentary production. After that, she began producing documentaries. Though she loved her job, she longed to be an actor. Her first acting gig was the role of a small part with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. Since then, she has played in several TV and films that are popular.
